Matt replaces Mike Watt on bass for US and Japanese tours with J. Mascis and the Fog. When he returns NRSK does a brief Canadian tour. Peyton leaves for five months of touring with The Pernice Brothers. Caleb works on his other band The Mitchells and George spends several months on tour playing drums for Evan Dando. Late in October Peyton and Matt go to a cabin in rural New Hampshire and track demos for a new album.
